The Meigs Suite is made up of three bedrooms, the master having an ensuite bathroom and the two remaining rooms sharing a bathroom across a hallway. The Suite has a living area and dining area and a complete kitchen with full refrigerator, stove and microwave. As with all our rooms it has wonderful views of the Bay.

Room Rates

• Summer/Holiday Rate Weekday: $450, Weekend: $600
• Winter Rate Weekday: $300, Weekend: $450

Prices listed are nightly rates.
Prices do not include 5.7% Mass room tax.
Weekday is Sunday–Thursday, Weekend is Friday–Saturday night. Summer season runs from June to September and winter October to May.

Please note: The Inn often has live, electronic, music on Friday and Saturday evening (and occasionally on Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well). This music may be heard from some of the rooms in the Inn (principally the Meigs Suite and the Waverly Room).

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations made 4 days prior to date of arrival are subject a $25 cancellation fee. All cancellations or changes made within 48 hrs are subject to a 100% charge.
